If you have read the [ROT Set-Up Thread] and read through the [MOD Details] and are still having problems with ROT, please contact us immediately. Our staff will be glad to assist you.

Please leave the following information:

ROT Character Name (Example: BowNoMercy)
Date of Problem (Example: 5-21-2008 at 10:00 PM Eastern Time)
Nature of Problem (Example: Bad Inventory Data, Can't Create Games, Can't log on!)

what do Mac users do about realms because macs don't run .exe files
is there any way for me to get around this?

I'm going to get d2loader for rot so i can mule and stuff but do i get the one compatable for 1.11 or 1.12
im pretty sure both are compatable but thats where i hit a problem before so i wanted to double check

i have a question, i cant upgrade my chipped gems or any of my low tier runes. Iam wondering if it is because i dont have at least 50 points in crafting, i looked thru the cube recipes and ot does not say that i have to have any crafting points till i get to the higher tiers of gems/runes....any help?

Be advised that the rune/gem upgrade recipe only requires 2 of a kind, not 3.

Are you sure you're on the most recent (XL v.23) patch? We updated just a couple days ago, so you may want to re-download the patch just in case.

Yes quick problem, when I download the new Median Xl patch it only downloads as an mpq file, if im not wrong should it not be a rar download? And yes I do have winRar, this is why I am confused.

You only need the .mpq because the rar. is just a compressed file of the .rar file where it would have to extract it anyways back to the .mpq file that needs to be replaced in your diablo 2 directory.

When I try to log on, it just says "Unable to identifiy version"...Battle.net is unable to properly identify your application version. Go to www.battle.net/support/errormessages. What am I doing wrong?

It says v 1.11 at the bottom left.

Sounds like you have the Wrong patch my friend, Download the New one at: www.realmofteror.com/updates/patch_d2.mpq

Once you download it Place the patch into your Diablo 2 folder, it will ask you Do you want to continue? Just click Yes.

(PM me if you can not get this matter resolved, or Antigd)

when i go to connect to rot i get and error its : unhandled exeception acces_violation (c0000005)


lmk what to do and yes i have proper patch installed running 1.12

If you used GTW(gatewayeditor) make sure that all the information is typed in correctly, and make sure you have the patch properly placed into your Diablo2 folder. If you have any further problems please post them, and i will try to assisst you.
