New JOT Ventrilo Server

What is Ventrilo?

Ventrilo is a voice communication program. Users install and run the Ventrilo client program and connect to a Ventrilo server. Most people use a headset and talk as if everyone was in the same room together similar to a conference call.

Are there any rules?

1) No Racism
2) No Profanity In Visual or Phonetics Name
3) No Long Irritating Phonetics Names
4) Be Courteous & Respectful

What do I need to get started?

You will need a head set and microphone. You will also need to download the latest "client" ventrilo program to your desk top. See link below for download.

How do I get to Jayofteror's Ventrilo Community?

Type in the Servername, IP Address, and Port. See details below:

To get on JOT ventrilo and speak with friends do the following. Download the "Client" Platform: ventrilo-3.0.1-Windows-i386 ventrilo .

Set Up Info:

Username: (Your name)
Server: JOT
Hostname or IP: 216.221.12.155
Port number: 3799
Password: (Leave this Blank, There is no Password)

Connect: (Hit Connect to join voice realm.)
